XReplyAI offers a simple 14-day refund policy for lifetime license purchases made through Dodo Payments.

14-day refund window

If you are not happy with XReplyAI, email us within 14 days of purchase and include the email address used at checkout or your license key. We will review the request and help process the refund through Dodo Payments.

After the refund window

Refund requests made more than 14 days after purchase may be declined, except where required by applicable law or where there is a confirmed duplicate payment or billing error.

What happens after a refund

Refunded license keys may be deactivated. The extension may return to the free quota plan after the refund is processed.

Payment processor

Payments and refunds are processed by Dodo Payments. Timing for money to appear back on your card or payment method depends on the payment provider and your bank.
