These Terms of Service govern your use of XReplyAI, a Chrome extension that helps generate and polish reply drafts for X/Twitter posts.

Use of the extension

XReplyAI helps generate and polish reply drafts inside X. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving generated text before posting it. Generated suggestions may be inaccurate, inappropriate for your context, or require human judgment.

Your Gemini API key

XReplyAI uses your own Google Gemini API key. You are responsible for your Google account, API usage, billing, quota, and compliance with Google's applicable terms. XReplyAI does not provide Gemini API usage as part of the purchase.

License and payment

A paid lifetime license unlocks unlimited extension generations for the supported product version, subject to fair use, technical availability, and these terms. Payments and license-key delivery are handled by Dodo Payments. Keep your license key private.

Acceptable use

Do not use XReplyAI to harass others, impersonate people, generate spam, violate platform rules, infringe rights, or create unlawful or harmful content. Your use of X/Twitter remains subject to X/Twitter's own terms and policies.

Availability and changes

XReplyAI depends on browser, X/Twitter, Gemini, and payment-provider services that may change over time. We may update, modify, pause, or discontinue parts of the extension or website as needed.

No warranties

XReplyAI is provided as is and as available. We do not guarantee that the extension will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every future X/Twitter interface change.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, XReplyAI and its creator are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the extension.
