The reply button is not showing
- Refresh x.com or twitter.com after installing the extension.
- Make sure the extension is enabled in Chrome.
- Open a reply composer, not just a post detail page.
Generated replies are not working
- Confirm your Gemini API key is saved in the extension popup.
- Check that the key has not been deleted or restricted in Google AI Studio.
- Try a fresh X tab after saving the key.
My license key will not activate
- Copy the full license key from your Dodo Payments receipt email.
- Remove accidental spaces before or after the key.
- Email support with your purchase email if activation still fails.

What should I include when I email support?
Send the browser you are using, the page where the issue happened, a short description of what you expected, and any error message you saw. For billing questions, include the purchase email.

Do you store my tweets or generated replies?
No. XReplyAI is designed around local browser storage and direct Gemini API usage from your browser with your own key.
